This experimental-improv-song came from a conversation I had with one of my oldest and dearest friends, Nathanial Trice www.nathantricerituals.com
We were discussing the new paradigm we are moving into as a human family. The dismantling of the colonial, racist infrastructures, their inevitable fall, the reimagining needed, the transformation in process through this multi-racial rebellion lead by Black, Indigenous, People of Color and the collective consciousness rising. He said, "we are the bridge" and I said, "ha! that is a song!" I recorded this with my musical family; multi-instrumentalist, Chris Bruce and beloved cellist, Dave Eggar.
